The NGO Delegation invites all civil society organizations registered as observers for the PCB meeting to their briefing. The modalities of the meeting will be hybrid. Those observers who are in Geneva can participate in person. The physical location of the meeting is yet to be confirmed.

With the imminent approach of the 53rd PCB meeting, scheduled for 12-14 December 2023, we extend an invitation to join the Global CSO Briefing on 30 November 2023, from 15:00 to 16:30 CET (21:00 – 22:30 Bangkok; 09:00 – 10:30 New York).

The NGO Delegation meets with various PCB members, UNAIDS senior management, and other stakeholders in a series of bilateral meetings to discuss the agenda.

Consultation on decision points (meeting only with PCB members): The Chair will seek to achieve consensus on the draft decision points.

PCB pre-meeting on agenda items 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9: Follow-up actions to the 2024- 2025 Budget and Workplan (UBRAF), Evaluation, Consultation on the follow-up to the 2021 ECOSOC Resolution, Next PCB Meetings, Election of Officers.

PCB Pre-meeting on agenda items 1.2, 1.4, 3, & 4: Consideration of the report of the 52nd PCB meeting; Report by the NGO Representative; Follow-up to the thematic segment from the 52nd PCB meeting; and Update on HIV in prisons and other closed settings (TBC).
