The PCB NGO Delegation is proud to announce the culmination of an extensive 7.5-month endeavor resulting in the completion of a comprehensive report. Spearheaded by the delegation’s working group and meticulously guided by the Civil Society Expert Panel (CSEP), along with invaluable insights from numerous interviews conducted by our esteemed consultant, Bryan Teixeira, the report centers on the critical theme of “People living with HIV during humanitarian emergencies.”
