The CCF is hosted by a civil society organization based on a two-year contract. The current contract is ending on 31 December 2023. The UNAIDS Secretariat and the NGO Delegation, therefore, have to start a procurement process to select the organization that will host CCF for the coming two years.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out tasks as a Communication and Consultation Facility (CCF) to support the participation of the Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) Delegation to the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board (PCB) during a two-year period starting from 1 January 2024 till 31 December 2025 .
All civil society organizations that work on HIV, health, and/or civil society engagement, operate regionally or globally, and have community-based interests are encouraged to apply. UNAIDS encourages such organizations from the global south and those based in hubs where other organizations work regionally or globally to apply.
UNAIDS is an organization that is dependent on voluntary contributions (budgetary and extra-budgetary). Bidders are therefore requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet UNAIDS requirements while ensuring a high level of service.
