NGO Delegation launches report on People living with HIV during Humanitarian Emergencies

The PCB NGO Delegation is proud to announce the culmination of an extensive 7.5-month endeavor resulting in the completion of a comprehensive report. Spearheaded by the delegation’s working group and meticulously guided by the Civil Society Expert Panel (CSEP), along with invaluable insights from numerous interviews conducted by our esteemed consultant, Bryan Teixeira, the report centers on the critical theme of « People living with HIV during humanitarian emergencies. »

This meticulously crafted report embodies a collective effort and unwavering dedication toward addressing the challenges faced by individuals living with HIV amidst humanitarian crises. The findings, insights, and recommendations contained within this document reflect a deep understanding of the multifaceted issues faced by this vulnerable community.

The culmination of this rigorous effort will be marked by the report’s presentation to the PCB on the 12th of December at the 53rd PCB meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. This presentation represents a significant milestone in the ongoing pursuit of advocating for the rights and well-being of individuals impacted by HIV in emergency situations.
