The UNAIDS PCB NGO Delegation Manual is intended for use by us as PCB NGO Delegates as a key learning resource to orient our new Delegates and as a user-friendly reference to assist in our understanding of the workings of the PCB, to outline the various functions and tasks we must undertake throughout the year, and to provide information to help strengthen our skills and shape the strategies to accomplish our mission and objectives.
