The first meeting of the Unified Budget and Accountability Framework (UBAF) was held on 10 December 2010 in Geneva. NGO Delegates Rathi Ramanathan (Asia and Pacific) and Rhon Reynolds (Europe) attended the meeting on behalf of the delegation, shadowed by incoming delegate Ebony Johnson (North America).
