On November 29th, the PCB NGO Delegates distributed a sign on letter calling for the attention of the Programme Coordinating Board (PCB) of UNAIDS to important points from civil society, in response to the Second Independent Evaluation (SIE). This letter was supported by 151 civil society organizations, even within the short deadline of just under one week.

The letter of support, distributed at the PCB, and referenced as part of the interventions made by the NGO Delegates, is available in English and Spanish.
